Richard La Faber himself, of course. As the expert in the field, he designed and developed the modules from the ground up using his personal and corporate experiences. The contents are made to be relevant to the participants so they can apply it immediately and see results.
If I cannot attend the workshop after registering for it, what can I do?
Too bad if that happens, as we would really like you to join us. But we understand that business emergencies happen all the time. If you know for any unforeseen circumstances that you can’t make it for the workshop, you can send a replacement at no charge. Alternatively, you can also come for the next session. How's the parking like at the training venue?
Well, if you come earlier in the morning, there are many metered parking lots around the center, at RM5 max a day. Do bring coins or a Touch N Go card. There are also some private parking lots behind the center (opposite McDonalds and Starbucks), which goes at an hourly rate.
If I have questions about the contents after the workshop, do I get some form of on-going support?
Sure you do. We don’t want to just leave you hanging and shut the door after you leave. You can always reach out to Richard at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, as he may be travelling for training and coaching sessions, do give him some time to get back to you.
